Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of gentlekinpets.com and purchases from GENTLEKIN PETS. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your place of residence, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Product information and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately, but screen colors, packaging, and minor production details may vary. Product availability, prices, and promotions may change without notice before an order is accepted.

We may limit quantities, correct errors, or withdraw a product or offer. If an error affects an order you placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where required.

Pet use and safety

Use each product only as directed and choose the appropriate size for your pet. Supervise use where appropriate, inspect the product regularly, and stop use if it becomes damaged or if your pet shows discomfort, irritation, or an unexpected reaction.

Gentlekin products are everyday pet-care products and are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Contact a veterinarian if you have concerns about your pet's health, mobility, skin, or suitability for a product.

Prices, promotions, and destination fees

Prices and eligible discounts are shown at checkout before payment. Promotions may have separate eligibility, timing, product, or combination rules, and are not applied retroactively unless we state otherwise.

Gentlekin does not collect destination import duties, taxes, or clearance charges at checkout. If local authorities or carriers assess these charges, they are the customer's responsibility under the destination's rules.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, and review for fraud or operational errors. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may cancel or limit an order before fulfillment when reasonably necessary.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount we received for the cancelled items. Payment is processed by the payment method and provider selected at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping charges, available methods, and estimated timing are described in our Shipping Policy and shown where available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please provide accurate delivery information. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the notice and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, request deadlines, product condition requirements, return shipping, exchanges, and refund timing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact care@gentlekinpets.com before sending an item back.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting details. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for information submitted through your account. Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, submit false or harmful information, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse promotions, payment methods, or customer-service channels.

We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the site, or our business, subject to applicable law.

Site content and third-party links

The site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, product names, and design are owned by or licensed to Gentlekin and may not be copied, sold, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Those sites operate under their own terms and policies, and Gentlekin is not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability, updates, and contact

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentlekin is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, misuse of a product, or interruption of third-party services. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
